AIS Services relies on a network of Recovery Partners nationwide that has been developed and refined over the past 5 years. Using a comprehensive due-diligence process, AIS Services conducts thorough background research on each Recovery Partner that includes a 44-point questionnaire and the review of company financials, past-performance analysis and, most importantly, batch track performance.
Each Recovery Partner will have developed niche strengths that AIS Services carefully considers when assigning accounts to ensure that each portfolio is matched accordingly for maximum performance. Recovery Partners are assigned goals for each portfolio and their progress is monitored weekly to ensure that these targets are met. AIS Services’ relationship with its Recovery Partners is guided and regulated by a comprehensive 35-page AIS Services Collection & Servicing Agreement that contains specific processes and procedures. The Agreement is updated bi-annually to ensure that the most advanced information security and business continuity standards are adhered to. Recovery Partners are audited both by AIS Services and, on occasion, by third-party auditing consultants to ensure compliance with the AIS Services Collection & Servicing Agreement.
Similarly, AIS Services has developed a network of law firms nationwide to perform litigation work, which is a fundamental tool in AIS Services’ entire recovery process. Law firms are managed internally by an experienced team of collection attorneys and paralegals.
AIS Services’ philosophy to debt-recovery is one based on the belief that most debtors want to voluntarily satisfy their obligations and, most often than not, some unanticipated life-event, such as a job-loss or a divorce, lead to their event of default. AIS Services sees itself as a facilitator in the process of helping debtors regain control over their financial affairs using a dignified and professional approach to bring about favorable resolution. All collection efforts are always under strict compliance with federal and state laws.

AIM or “Agency Interface Module” allows AIS Services to exchange data with Outside collection agencies (OCA) and Law Firms and Attorneys. AIM handles all of the building of Placement, Direct Payment, Adjustment and Recall files that go to the OCA or Attorney as well as processing all the Payment, Closes, Demographic update and Recon files received from the OCA or Attorney.

This Latitude tool enables AIS Services to effectively manage the entire portfolio cycle. Allows tracking of seller, investor and buyer information, captures transactions and tracks changes to determine portfolio value and graphically display ROI information.
